Sets out a short version of General Conditions of Contract for maintenance and other services, as part of a suite based on AS 4000-1997 (See also AS 4919 and AS 4920). Intended to be used where services are generally performed on the premises of the Principal. These conditions of contract are not suitable for construction and other non-service projects, professional consulting services or supply of equipment.
