Sets out requirements for washer/disinfectors which are intended to accommodate, wash, disinfect and dry certain types of respiratory apparatus, such as anaesthetic bags, face masks, endotracheal tubes and corrugated tubing. They are not intended to treat mechanical components, electrical components and other types of equipment. Guidance on information to be supplied with enquiries and orders is given in an appendix.
